Best Club Newsletter Award

Award 1

This is a club level award for the best newsletter, English and Arabic Newsletters will be eligible for the award. There is no separate award for newsletters in each language. Please note that there is a separate judging guidelines for this award apart from the criteria given below.

Criteria

  • Content aligned with vision & mission of Toastmasters International
  • Following Toastmasters Brand Guidelines
  • Table of Contents
  • Three Number of Newsletter Releases for year 2019-2020
  • Submit your entries before 30th May 2020
  • Submit your entries only in Adobe PDF format.
  • Club in good standing.
  • Top 3 club newsletters get trophies!

Best Club Website Award

Award 2

This is a club level award for the best club website, The club website can be be in English, Arabic or Bilingual. There is no separate award for newsletters in each language. Please note that there is a separate judging guidelines for this award apart from the criteria given below

Criteria

  • Content aligned with vision & mission of Toastmasters International.
  • Following Toastmasters Brand Guidelines.
  • New or Revamped club Website.
  • There must be posting from at least 1st September 2019 up to the application date.
  • Submit your entries before 30th May 2020
  • Top 3 club websites get trophies!

Best External Media Award

Award 3

Awarded for the Best article published in external media like news paper. Best External Media Award is eligible for English and Arabic news. There is no separate award for Best External Media in each language. Please note that there is a separate judging guidelines for this award apart from the criteria given below.

Criteria

  • Content aligned with vision & mission of Toastmasters International
  • Following Toastmasters Brand Guidelines
  • News Paper/Blogpost site
  • External Media coverage must be in between 1st July 2019 up to the application date with proof.
  • Submit your entries before 30th May 2020.
  • Top 3 External Media Engagements get trophies!

Best Photographer Award

Award 4

This is an individual Award for the best photograph showcasing Core values, objectives and spirit of Toastmasters of Toastmasters. Please note that there is a separate judging guidelines for this award apart from the criterium given below.

Criteria

  • Content aligned with vision & mission of Toastmasters International
  • Following Toastmasters Brand Guidelines
  • Limited to District 79 toastmaster’s fraternity.
  • Photographs must be original. Allowed post productions are, cropping, lens corrections, basic color corrections and exposure corrections. Provide complete metadata of the image. Image size 1 – 4 MB..
  • Submit your entries for three quarters – October 15 2019, Jan 2020 and 15th April 2020
  • Top 3 Photographers get trophies!

Best Short Video Award

Award 5

Awarded for the best short video of 1 to 2 minutes duration, that brings out the meaningful toastmasters story.  Please note that there is a separate judging guidelines for this award apart from the criterium given below.

Criteria

  • Content aligned with vision & mission of Toastmasters International.
  • Following Toastmasters Brand Guidelines.
  • New or Revamped club Website.
  • There must be posting from at least 1st September 2019 up to the application date.
  • Submit your entries before 30th May 2020.

Best Club Campaigner Award

Award 5

Awarded for the best poster/flyer of a club event. There is no separate award for Best External Media in each language. Best External Media Award is eligible for English and Arabic poster/flyer. Please note that there is a separate judging guidelines for this award apart from the criterium given below.

Criteria

  • Content aligned with vision & mission of Toastmasters International
  • Following Toastmasters Brand Guidelines.
  • For the best club flyer to attract guests and build membership.
  • Design & Creativity.
  • Submit your entries before 30th May 2020.
  • Top 3 club Campaigners get trophies!
