Khaled A Matlagaitu is an Executive officer in the world Petrochemical leader; SABIC. Khaled born in Makkah and holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from KAAU in Jeddah and certified as Master NLP Practitioner by INLPTA. Through his career, took high pride in developing leaders and helping young professionals finding their Strengths and their own voice. In 2007 founded the first Toastmasters club in SABIC. Since then, helped transforming Jubail's 5 clubs Area-17 into the largest Division in District 79 with 20 clubs. Elected in 2011 as the first District Governor for the reformed District-79 (Saudi Arabia) after serving as Division-L Governor, ADGET, ADGM and Chairman of the first Division-L conference in 2009.

Abraham Daniel, DTM
Lt. Governor Education and Training
Abraham Daniel, DTM, works as Property Manager at the Canadian Embassy, Riyadh. He has been a member of the Toastmasters’ family since 1999 and goes by the principle – “Whatever responsibility you take, give it your best and do it with all your heart; and success will truly be yours”. He started his leadership journey in Toastmasters as Club VP Public Relations before becoming Club VP Education and Club President. Since then, he has served numerous positions in Toastmasters including: Area Governor, Division Secretary, Division Master Trainer and Division Governor. Under his governorship, Division A became President’s Distinguished Division and charted over 14 clubs in just 1 year. An Organizer, Trainer and Parliamentarian, he has coordinated several YLP & Speech craft sessions, Trainings, Seminars, Workshops etc over the years and has been a Contest Chair and Conference Chair from Club to Division levels. He has the distinction of being the first Toastmaster from Saudi Arabia who has judged at a Toastmasters International Convention in U.S.A.

Hassan Maghazel, ACS works as Process Engineer at Saudi Aramco. A dedicated Toastmaster since 2002. He held many leadership roles including as Club President of Najd Toastmasters Club during the adminstrative years of 2002-2003; 2004-2005, and 2007-2008. An active member of RTM TMs Club, Desert Diamonds TMs Club and Gold TMs Club. At Area level, he was elected as Area 1 Governor under Division A in 2003-2004 and as Area 38 Governor unders Division A also. Mohammed Rashid Ali, ACS/ALS
District Public Relations Officer
Mohammed Rashid Ali is the General Manager - TOYOTA Marketing Operations with Abdul Latif Jameel Company Ltd., Jeddah. He has been a Toastmaster since April 2003 and served as Vice President-PR, VP-Membership, Club President, Area Governor, Division Conference Chairman, AGET and Division Governor. During his term as Division G Governor (2010-11) the Division witnessed tremendous growth from 24 clubs to 35 clubs, making it one of the largest Divisions in the District 79 of GCC & Jordan and also one of the first President’s Distinguished Divisions in the District. Rashid has a Master's Degree in Marketing (MBA) from Sikkim Manipal University, India. He believes that success does not befall by luck but only a result of a planned hard work, timely executed with inspired leadership, and sincere motivation that blends the sense of belonging among the team members.

District Treasurer
Joey I. Villanueva, DTM started as half hearted Toastmaster in May 1995 as one of the charter members of Tanglaw Club in Jeddah. But realizing the importance of oral communication and leadership skills to boost his confidence and attend personal development he stayed with the club. He accepted the position in the club from Secretary to the President of Tanglaw. He served the Toastmasters as Area Conference Chair and Area Governor when the most of the clubs in Saudi Arabia belong to the area. He served as the Division G Governor of the realigned clubs in Western Region, and awarded as the President Distinguished Division during his term. He represented his Club, Area and Division in various categories as speech contestant. He was the Chairman of Division G Speakers Bureau and conducted various seminars and workshops in Toastmasters and outside. He is a CPA from Philippines and working as Finance Manager in Al Mujan Holding Co. Ltd. He was also the Past President of PICPA (Philippines Institute of Certified Public Accountant) WR-KSA Chapter.

Maha AlMenieir, CL is a Procurement Planner in Saudi Aramco. A Toastmaster for 4 years now, she is taking this expedition to the outter most reaches of language and existance. She started her leadership in Toastmasters as the sergent-at-arms of her corporate club (Northpark Toastmasters Club) in the Eastern Province. Then, as the VP-Membership to the same club. At the District level, she is serving as District 79 Secretary. She is married to Abdullah Al Otaibi and has one daughter Madhawi Al Otaibi.

Immediate Past District Governor
Uma Radhakrishnan DTM is the Managing Partner for UPR LLC based in UAE. A toastmaster for 11 years, she looks for a solution today and leads by example. She started her leadership in Toastmasters as the Secretary of Kuwait toastmasters district in 2002. At the District level she went from Area Governor of Area 7, Division Governor of Division B, Lieutenant Governor for Marketing for District 79, Lt Governor for Education & Training for District 79 to becoming the first lady District Governor for District 79 (GCC, Jordan and Lebanon). Now the Immediate past District Governor for District 79, she also has the honor of being appointed as one of the official Brand Ambassadors of Toastmasters International. She is married to RK Nair, DTM and they have a daughter, Parvathi Radhakrishnan who is also a toastmaster.
