Ramed Borja, Immediate Area 5 Governor & his colleagues, are leading 130 young buds. They have given the young cubs their first taste of tools of making good speeches. And in the process the young minds are ready to take up the leadership mantle, when it comes to them.

PICPA Riyadh Toastmasters Club (PRTC) sponsored a special course in oral communication and leadership in Al Taj International School on Aug 27th, 2009.

The students knew what is on offer and they grabbed the opportunity; there was a gate crash; due to overwhelming response from the school, students were grouped into five classes which are headed by one coordinator & assistant coordinator for each class.

 The young people were groomed to become better listeners, thinkers and speakers. They also will obtain practice in conducting a meeting properly over a eight week period.

Toastmaster International has a special program for youngsters to develop them as leaders of tomorrow.. These were especially adapted for youth from the regular Toastmasters International public speaking program. More than three million people have benefited from the adult Toastmasters program since it was introduced in 1924.

No pains at all for the boys. No heart wrenching defeats. No grades. Only a training for excellenceleading to a certificate.

Of course, the able Ramed could bring this ambitious project to reality – only with the capable assistance of Ron Jacobe, Gulf Champion Speaker; notable speakers like Jose Bollozos, Jorge Nathaniel Amores & the Area 5 Governor, John Erick Tapales and other members of PRTC
